Course Review Request

PPMM Digital Course Review Process

To comply with the California Healthy Youth Act (CHYA), parents and guardians may request to review the PPMM digital Sex Ed course assigned to their student before instruction begins. The process below outlines how to submit and manage requests. We recomend sharing this with teachers and parent-facing staff before mailing notification letters.

Process Summary

The course can be accessed from a phone, laptop, or tablet and remains active for two weeks or until the instruction begins. Note: Middle School and High School courses are available in English or Spanish.

STEP ONE
Parent/guardian contacts their student’s teacher or other representative assigned to manage course review requests.
STEP TWO
The teacher or other school representative collects request details using the REQUEST TEMPLATE (below) and forwards the request to [email protected].
STEP THREE
PPMM processes the request. Parents/guardians receive a link to review their student’s course directly from our platform.([email protected]). The course can be accessed from a phone, laptop, or tablet and remains active for two weeks or until the instruction begins.Note: Middle School and High School courses are available in English or Spanish.
