SUHSD: Teacher Enrollment and Support
PPMM Digital Sex Ed. for Middle School 2023-24
One form should be completed for each teacher/proctor.
What is the # of students that will take the e-course in your class(es)? (Total # of students for each teacher.)
What is the date students will start instruction?
What is the date students need to complete the e-course? (Due Date)
What are your student groups? (If you have more than one group, how you would like to differentiate your groups/classes? ex. Period 1, Period 3, etc...)
What is your School's IP Address? (Obtained from IT or district contact or link in form, below)
What is the date the Parent/Guardian notifications were sent or scheduled?
Within (5) days after your form is received, you will receive a Welcome email to confirm enrollment details and provide a unique sign-in link. (Please check your inbox and junk folders.)
Use only the links included in your welcome email to access the e- course platform. They are unique to you.
Share student links digitally
1. Open email from PPMM via Thinkific to find your student links. (Check your SPAM and junk folders if you do not see this email in your inbox.)
2. Copy and paste the unique link specific to each student's classroom (found in your email box) into a email - or onto the classroom dashboard. (ex. Google Classroom)
Use school email
Require all students to use their school-assigned email address.
Create shared passwords (optional)
Choose one password all students will use. Students sign-in with their unique email and shared password.
You can share the following with your students to set them up for a successful sex ed experience.
The course will take 3.5 hours to complete by [share END DATE]. We won't complete the full course in one sitting.
We will be completing the course during [share the period/days of week they will take the course during your class].
Make sure to sign out of the course to protect your privacy when you step away from your device or are done working.
Respect other students privacy and learning environment, and don't comment on what's on their screens. Please [provide guidelines around volume settings or using headphones].
You'll each go at your own pace and the course tracks your progress.
We will have time to discuss what you're learning in the course [describe if you'll be having debriefs] or you can use the Resource Library to find answers to your sex ed questions.
Log into Thinkific
Groups assigned to you will appear under STUDENT PROGRESS
Select PROGRESS REPORTS to view individual student data.
Select EXPORT (CSV) to download student data to your device.
